What we do
Regional Helicopters is an air charter headquartered at Lake Hood, Anchorage, Alaska. Lake Hood is one of the busiest seaplane bases in the world. Flying out of Lake Hood offers stunning views of the seaplane base, Anchorage International Airport, the Chugach Mountain Range, as well as the gorgeous Knik Arm and the Port of Anchorage. Regional only flies Robinson R-44 helicopters and maintains its own fleet. All of our helicopters are equipped with new ANR headsets, full intercom, as well as Go Pro cameras to record your flight. Our fleet is not only maintained to strict FAA Part 135 standards, but is visually pleasing as well. We take care and maintenance very seriously.
- Regional Helicopters is locally owned and operated.
- Our helicopters live inside a warm, secure hangar when not out flying.
- Our pilots are proficient, friendly, and informative. They are also professional instructors. Your flight will be narrated.
